Since 2005 iOMM Limited has been involved in various productions of digital publications covering annual reports, corporate brochures, magazines, newspapers, product catalogues, newsletters and many other different published works.
Our long experience of manually converting content into digital interactive flip-style publications highlighted the following major issues:
- It is a lengthy process, requiring back and forth interaction with the content owners.
- It is an expensive process
- There is a substantial market demand for presenting computer documents as digital flip style publications.
- There was a complete lack of software packages available to achieve the presentation of computer documents as flip-style publications in an automated and seamless way.
We therefore decided to use our extensive experience and technology know-how to develop a fully automated presentation and reader software tool with additional features that would allow user interaction.
Our biggest challenge was to turn this highly technical and lengthy process, up to now reserved to a selected number of professionals, into sheer simplicity.
